bluepass Mark + QR label
========================

The Mark + QR label is the bluepass mark paired with a QR code, without the
claim text. It is an Acceptable format on certified products, articles, and
chemical products.

Use this label when label space is limited, when the label is small, or when
the full claim text does not fit. The claim is still substantiated: the QR
code leads to the same verification page (bluesign.com/verify) as the full
label.

When to use it
--------------

Use the Mark + QR label when:
- Label space is too small for the full label.
- A care or woven label needs to stay compact while remaining substantiated.
- A product page needs a small format that still links to verification.

The full label (with claim text) is the Recommended format. The Mark + QR
label is Acceptable.

How to choose a file
--------------------

1. Print or Digital?
   - Print: physical labels, hangtags, packaging, care labels.
   - Digital: screens, websites, e-commerce, documents.

2. Colour mode?
   - CMYK: four-colour printing.
   - Pantone Coated: Pantone print on coated paper.
   - Pantone Uncoated: Pantone print on uncoated paper.
   - Black monochrome: single-colour black, where colour print is not
     available.
   - White monochrome: for use on dark substrates.
   - RGB: digital use only.

Label dimensions
----------------

Minimum width: 16 mm.
QR code minimum size: 10 mm.

Do not use the label below the minimum size. The QR code must remain scannable.

File layers
-----------

Print files contain two layers:
- Print, do not edit
- Cut (the cutting path)

Digital files contain one layer:
- Do not edit

The bluepass mark artwork must not be altered.

Important: this is a label, not the mark on its own
---------------------------------------------------

The Mark + QR label is the bluepass mark plus a QR code, together as a single
label. For the bluepass mark used alone in digital settings (without a QR
code, as an active link), see bluepass-digital-mark.zip.
